Log EVERYTHING that passes your lips including drinks and condiments (ketchup and tartar sauce are killers!). Oh, and artificial sweetener too-they aren't actually zero carbs. Read the book! Focus on meats and fats. Set your diet calendar to Net Carbs. I also have mine show sodium. Atkins is higher sodium that low calories diets but it can get out of hand. You can do this. Find buddies, talk it out, log everything, drink water. I lost 33# in 6 months before I fell completely off the wagon and gained it all back. So here I am again. Starting fresh and feeling good.

Thanks rksoup. Honestly I started 2 weeks ago and havent dropped a pound. I was about to give up but I am going to truly give it my best shot this week. i rarely have artificial sweetners. I dont like them. but i have about one can of caffeine free diet coke a day. I may have over done it with cheese although I dont really think so. Its the only thing I can think of as to why I am not losing. I am def in ketosis, breath and not hungry at all. I go in ketosis rather quickly. I ordered a achine rather than the sticks. If I am in ketosis shouldnt I be losing weight regardless? My diet has been mostly eggs, chicken, chop meat, mayo, coffee with butter. Any suggestiongs I would appreciate it. I am cutting the cheese as much as posssible this week and upping my water and veggies (yuck)..lol

Ha to the "yuck"! I am the worst at water and the only veggies I get are in a salad but I'm working on it. Some people have reported strange foods which stall them. Cheese is one of them. Atkins bars, artificial sweeteners, luncheon meat, nuts,- what I can remember from reading logs. You should also be measuring yourself. You may be loosing inches but retaining water from sodium. Go by how your pants feel and check your hands and ankles for water retention. It's a possible answer. Keep it up. You might just have a major sploosh loss next week. :)
