Yesterday my KJ increased from 1592 to 1724 (yogurt?) wow.
My exercise routine yesterday was a bit tough, but tonight is abs and I know that I will be able to do it. I read somewhere that I have to be stronger than my strongest excuse and that perspiration is just liquid determination. Well - I had plenty of liquid determination last night and I was pretty out of breath. I am glad I kept to it and although I could not do all the exercises, I tried and did not quit. I would do alternatives, or do them slower. I know that my strength will improve over the next few weeks. Can't wait to see the change in my body!
