I’m pretty proud of myself for this one since I was on vacation with my family and even though I didn’t hit my target per my doctor, I still made a lot of progress and still enjoyed myself!

470.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 315.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
