Hello Fatsecret. My name is Heide, I'm 25 years old and have struggled with fluctuating weight loss and gain for the last few years. Two years ago, I followed the abs diet fairly closely and was able to lose 40 lbs. I didn't follow the excercise program to a T, but I did play plenty of Wii Fit and EA Active to shed calories. I'm going to do a similar approach this time, but puruse it more aggressively. I weighed approximately 225 as of my last doctor's visit (I need to either buy a scale or get batteries for the wiimotes and balance board) and at my absolute heaviest, I weighed 228. Sooo...yeah, I'm only 4 pounds away from being the fattest I've ever been.
I got married last October, and now that I don't have a wedding sidetracking me and consuming every waking thought that I have, I think I can give this the dedication it needs to work. My overall goal is to lose 50 lbs, but more short-term, I'd like lose ten pounds by March 20th. I will be looking into detox programs as I have heard that they can really help with boosting the initial weightlosss.
