Good Morning. Another -20 with wind chill -30, at least that sounds better than what yesterday was, but let me tell you it doesn't feel any different. Still too damn cold.
Down another 0.5 lbs this morning. I was expecting a little more given still in first week but that could be due to the fact that Mother Nature gave me a little surprise yesterday afternoon, a week early.
Diet hasn't been too bad, have had potatos at dinner this week and I know that those have to come out on Atkins. Coffee and sugar too - cutting back the coffee as to avoid those nasty headaches with withdrawl and I connot drink coffee without sugar. Have cut both down and will come off next week probably.
My first Atkins weekend is now right in front of me and has got me a little worried. During the week, being on a set schedule makes it easier to stay on program. Too many last minute changes and choices and timings make it very hard for me to hold on to control. As I have said before I am a follower - have got to learn to lead. LOL. But I will stay strong and make it through.
