(41.3% bf 27.5 bmi ) 38.5% bf 43.5% tbw
trying to relax and just follow the maintenance but also worried about weight gain. My body fat numbers are creeping up, while weight drops....lean muscle mass?
Hard to get enough protein....I hate eggs without a tortilla to wrap them up in!
Will be looking for a way to supplement protein.
