day two p3 day 5 thyroid
(41.2% bf 27.6 bmi ) 38.1% bf 43.8% tbw
Dropped weight, but appear to be gaining body fat. Not going to worry too much about the numbers....for two more weeks. After that body is supposed to stabilize and level off. I will go for a run tomorrow now that I am eating...I hope i'll have some energy and definitely working out on Monday. Now to get back to Pilates so that I can firm up what I have flattened out.
Ate a chocolate chip cookie today....didn't taste as good as I thought it would. I think I can live with that.
