I'm not supposed to exercise during the first 3 days of THE PLAN, because I'm in the cleansing stage, but I just need to keep going with my exercises. It makes my senior bones feel better.

Apparently, at this stage, I'm not guaranteed to lose any weight if I exercise. I may have some achy muscles, but I didn't gain anything. That's fine with me.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
