May 7, Erin's BD, or 11 weeks = -12lb to 170.
June 11, Anniversary, or 16 weeks = -17lb to 165.
July 23, Family Reunion Weekend, or 22 weeks = -23lb to 159.

Food Goals
NO Cookies, candy or ice cream until Easter on April 23.

Walking Exercise Goals
Feb 19-26 = 150 minutes
Feb 26-Mar 12 = 175 minutes
Mar 12-Mar 26 = 200 minutes
Mar 26-Apr 23 = 225 minutes
April 23 on 300 minutes/wk

Crunches and Push Ups Goals
Feb 19-26 = 50
Feb 26-Mar 5 = 75
Mar 5-Mar 12 = 100
Mar 12-Mar 19 = 125
Mar 19-Mar 26 = 150
Mar 26- Apr 2 = 175
Apr 2 on = 200/day
