I've just been lazy and ate anything on the plate. I'm tired of dieting. But tipping the scales at 250 today, has me upset and I KNOW I have to get back to eating properly. So I pulled out my THE PLAN diet book and started working out as well. It's not a new year's resolution because I know I break them, so this time, I'm just going to work hard at it. I can't go up to 300 lbs! My knees can't take that kind of weight!

I'm scared. It's so easy to just let go. But it's something I cannot do.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

Please don't give up on yourself. I know the frustration with eating right. I think you can let go but let go of the right things. Let go of your negative feelings and the pain and embrace only positive thoughts. Focus on moving and having positive thoughts and you will get there but give yourself time.
