I've just been lazy and ate anything on the plate. I'm tired of dieting. But tipping the scales at 250 today, has me upset and I KNOW I have to get back to eating properly. So I pulled out my THE PLAN diet book and started working out as well. It's not a new year's resolution because I know I break them, so this time, I'm just going to work hard at it. I can't go up to 300 lbs! My knees can't take that kind of weight!
I'm scared. It's so easy to just let go. But it's something I cannot do.
