One more lb down! I am so excited b/c as we over 50's know, this in NO easy feat losing wt... I am not a big eater anyway, but now am watching WHAT I eat even more so... and I do weight training every other day... and cardio, but I am thinking of uping my cardio to at least 4 or 5 day's instead of 3...
141.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
