crap eating at 10:15 was not a smart idea I wasn't even hungry!
211.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh, wow, can I relate! I keep some Atkins Cranberry Almond bars around for those moments... It has helped me on my middle of the night "sleep eating" I occassionally do... Just keep on going and I know you will be successful!!!
