Went up a couple pounds because we took a week off low carbing for hub's bday and the Super Bowl. I gained 2 lbs but it was worth it. Back in control this week. Yesterday I got us prepped for the week - roasted chicken breasts, made low carb cheesy broccoli soup, made a relatively low carb chili which we'll only be using for taco salads which use chili as the dressing and washed and prepped all the veggies for the week so I'm feeling pretty good about it.

I think I've finally learned a little bit about balance. Being good 90% of the time and indulging 10% of the time might make the progress a little slower but long term it's going to get me where I want to be much more effectively.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 35.4 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
