Took out the scale. I put my right foot on. I took my right foot off. And shook it all about. Several months of ups, downs, and all arounds. Two notches tighter on the belt is what it's all about.
292.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
