I am about ready to give up on this whole diet thing...I cannot understand why for 2 months I am going up one pound and going down one pound...if I increase my calories I gain more weight as I have tried this..I ahve increased my walking on the tread and put out a good sweat for an hour but still am not seeing a steady decrease like I was when I first started back in August...what the heck? I give up as I do not know what to do anymore to get out of this plateau....Di

what other exercise are you doing? it might help if you switch it up a little. It "fools" your body, keeps it guessing.

I am doing half an hour of crunches and some light weights for my biceps and triceps and started doing some intervals on the tread where I walk fast and slow for an hour...I do not know what other exercise to do...Dianne
