I hope the scale isn't teasing me. We went out for Mexican last night, and I skipped all alcohol, only had a few chips and ordered grilled chicken, hold the rice, extra grilled vegetables. Even the waitress said "your doing a really good job of eating healthy in a restaurant like this" which made me feel good. I think the key was I snacked on some dry cereal before getting there so I wasn't starving and shoving chips in my face. I still think I need to control my mid day snacking.
164.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
