Been maintaining my weight since both TOM's but have eaten bad a couple of days this week so no surprise! Truth be told I'm pretty happy at this weight...would like to take another 20 lbs off at least but am very content where I'm at.

I had insomnia last night so am tired today.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
