Started a 2 week rapid weight loss program to kick start my weight loss. I am in my 3rd week. I think I might start adding some foods back into my diet starting Monday Feb 3rd. Per my weight lose....on Jan 26th I entered the wrong weight.
176.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 51.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 13.1 lb a week
