Keeping up everyday with gym time but gaining !!! Still purging snacks and sweets from home to eliminate temptations at home and keep high calorie snack bombs from occuring in the evenings.

I threw away all the ice cream this morning and alot of cookies and marshmallows --- Will committ to not buying these things again to have around house

Would like to lose 5 pounds by the end of March
176.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
