Crap! I stayed the same pretty much. I guess the Valentines get-a-way was too much. I need to get on program 100% and drink my water and workout! God! New goal, Drop 7.5 in 9 days? oy Can it be done? I need 205 by Friday Feb 25th Help !?!
212.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
