I have been doing better on the whole, I do slip now and then, but, when I slip, it is sugar free and low carb. What I slip on is chocolate's and various candies, sometimes ice cream, again, the ice cream is also low carb, and sugar free. I still feel the guilt though, as if it were as bad as regular sugar and higher carb. Bottom line, it is not within the diet limits, therefore I should not be indulging. The whole goal behind this diet is to fit into my old jeans, they are waiting for me in my closet and if I keep this up, I will never be in my jeans, so once again, my spirit's are down from my own doing. I need to change my thinking and get smarter, stronger with much more will power, the benefits are what I have been looking forward to for two years now, I am so close, I can almost taste the success, just a few more pounds to go, I pray they go as well as the previous pounds did. So, once again, I am going to seal all of this candy up tonight and try very hard again tomorrow.
