I have reduced my calories to between 1200 and 1500 and increased my water intake by 75%. For My weight I should be drinking 180 oz I do not drink that much but I was only drinking between 64 to 90 oz so only half of what I should have been drinking I now drink between 120 to 150 oz per day and it does make a lot of difference I don't feel a achy I used to and I more energy then I used to.
