I haven't been very faithful at using this app but I do love it. I lost about 10lbs in the last month n managed to gain it all back. I'm going to try to be more diligent about using this as I think it really helps. I'm doing this in conjunction with quitting smoking which was initially the real goal. I'm 3mos smoke free now and ready to get more serious about the weight loss. I went off carbs, juice, soda and sweets in the beginning. Now mostly off red meat and anything processed. So mostly eating fruits veggies and some chicken in my salad. wondering where I'm going wrong. I haven't been extremely active and hopefully that change here real quick. 🤔
198.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
