Good progress this week again. This is using my new, more accurate scale, but I took measurements on both earlier in the week and the numbers were fairly close, so I'm going to say the weight loss was not due to changing scales. Still need to work on getting regular exercise, but otherwise I am happy with the progress.
349.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
