Altendorf's Journal, 26 January 2014

Delighted to see that I am progressing along my weight-loss curve despite having planned in a sort of "celebration" yesterday - a 389g T-Bone Steak with Broccoli! I had prepared by limiting other meals and taking an hour's walk.
190.3 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Always a good tactic! :) I miss eating a good steak! I think I will probably get one tomorrow lol.
