You know I'm feeling the same way a little. Its like I'm happy with the overall weight loss. But this last week, I felt I even pushed it more on exercise. I thought i'd loose more than a pound too. Did you increase your exercise? Maybe some muscle weight ,I'm thinking that maybe part of my results, I doubled my exercise. You push yourself and you think you are gonna see these big numbers. At least we both loss though and still heading in the right direction. Stand tall and proud, you are still doing great!

Hey Sherina! You've been exercising so maybe you're losing fat and building muscle. That's a good thing! I actually gained 4oz, which I think is because of all the exercise I've done this week... and that's okay with me since the scale doesn't show how good my body feels! Remember, the scale is only an instrument. I'll just bet your tape measure would be a much better gauge after a week of exercise. If you feel good in your body, the past week has been totally worth the effort! That's my two-cents!

We all have dissapointing weigh in results from time to time. If your being honest with yourself about what you've eaten and how much exercise you've done and still feel the number is low...don't fret it too much. I had that happen to me a few times in a row and I started to get a little discouraged. Then I realized that my fat was just being stubborn like the rest of me. It may have won this battle but I'll win the war. It just took the fat a while longer than I wanted it to melt away but it will. I bet next week will reflect all of the hard work I know you've been doing and it will put a big smile on your face :)

Hey lady how are you?? make sure you are eating enough accordingly and water intake is good. I know that is the basics but refer back to things like that also I agree with some of your other buddies, if you are doing good in those areas (enough food and water) then you just may be building muscle and losing fat. Try measuring your inches and see if that has changed...just a thought
