Katsolo's Journal, 28 May 2021

After waking up from a completely unscheduled nap, in my swimsuit of all things, I dragged my butt out for a longer walk with the doggos and we did a little extra in the way of a couple decent hills to get my body going again and get the heart rate elevated. With so many houses being sold, I also wanted to make sure I captured a pic of one of my favorite things before it disappeared forever, which really does happen these days. Here is is, yard is a little overgrown these days, the lady is getting older, so I really had to search for it. There's also a magical tree that I pray the city leaves alone as it's got to be well over 100 years old.

Numbers are fine, pants fit, blob is hovering, have a lot of active stuff planned this weekend. Gut feels normal in the sense that even though I'm paying more attention to it lately, it's not annoying me and I'm no longer conscious of the pain point, which is the point of the experiment, so that's good. Means things are finally healing rather than limping along.

No new rocks today. Do you see my little friend? and then, some lovely fruiting flowers. can't wait for these. Just don't notice stuff like this on a drive.
