Weighed in this morning at WW and was up 0.4lb, which to say the very least, is disapointing. I tracked all of my food this week, exercised a few days, and ate reasonably well. I am at a standstill at the moment with my weight loss and am trying to pinpoint what I am doing wrong. My weakness?? Diet Coke!!! I drink a TON of Diet soda and my leader thinks this may be stalling my weight loss at the moment. She said it makes you retain a ton of water which might be why I feel so heavy lately. So my goal this week is to cut out soda completely to see where that gets me. I can visualise where I want to be with my weight loss in a few months and I need to fully commit myself to getting there!! :)
149.0 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When you say "ate reasonably well", does that mean you ate all your daily points every day? Did you record all your food accurately? Do your clothes feel more loose? (YOu can lose inches but not have it show up on the scale right away). Do your muscles feel sore? (You can gain water weight from sore muscles-it's temporary). Did you drink enough water? Did you get in all your dairy, fruits, and veggies? Plus, you have a small amount to lose now, and it may take time to get it off. (.4 is a pee in the pot). YOu might have had too much sodium yesterday. Go through your diary and see if you have been eating too many processed type foods (they have a lot of sodium). Just keep going and it will come off.
