Haven't recorded anything for a week. Went out of town to visit relatives. I was afraid to weight today, not that I ate the worst, but certainly not as well as I should have, surprisingly, I'm down a pound. I'm a happy camper!
182.6 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
