Treadmill jogging last night before class, squeezed in 34 minutes before I ran out of time. It got me to my 10K steps though and that's all that counts. Close those rings! I usually fast walk, but I had almost no movement during the day because of another 7 hour call. We got some breaks on that one, but only 15-20 minutes, so not enough to do anything. No early morning stuff today and I got to sleep in until 6:30, which I needed. I have three hours to do my day job, so keeping it short.

Muscle holding, blob is down a little, but holding its own, will probably try and do a little more cardio of a walk tonight. Treadmill is great (not really) but outside is my happy place. It's scary how these unending calls make you lose track of the time and the days. At least days only go forward. I think tomorrow is the last of the 6am calls for the week. Will try and go to sleep by 10:30 tonight. Finally going out with friends on Friday, going early to avoid the idiot crowds, I can't believe it's been more than a year. Very small group, we wanted to run a test before a full on gathering. Here's to more normal.

Here's one of the cool rocks I think I've mentioned before. I love these. You can take them and leave a donation, but I always leave them because I like looking at them. The suggested donation is another rock. Pretty clever of her since she's housebound but has expanded her artistic world beyond pottery and regular canvas.

You must have the best heart and legs and muscles, Katsolo, how you work out is unbelievable to me. That’s a thing when I go camping, people find rocks and paint them and then hide them for someone else to find, sort of fun! In fact, now that I think about it, I might bring some paint up to the mountains this weekend and I might copy that rock that you found because it’s very pretty and cool looking. It would be hard not to keep that rock! Have a great wonderful Wednesday!👍🌸🌺💕

7-hour call: can't even imagine! I sometimes have three or four hours of meetings in a row and that's enough for me. Hope you enjoy being out and stay far from any idiots.

Shall I do one pic a day until I run out of rocks? Her pottery is somewhat abstract. if you look closely, you might discover a random foot or hand in the bushes. I've always assumed they were pottery - could be hiding something in plain sight - but she's so sweet... that's what they all say, right? I'm lucky in that I do have extremely strong legs, always have and strive to maintain that strength. It's a good thing. Working on cardio although my watch tells me I'm great for my peer group. Gotta wonder about my peers. I am excited when I can measure improvement over time though, and I can now book it up the local "hill of death" which is a 1/4 mile 18% grade. goals.

LC, it's a workshop that had to be held virtual due to the plague. not fun, but better than traveling at this point.

Never thought in a million yrs it would become so popular and start in other states. cool right!?my daughter loves it! we either put 8t back at another location for someone else to find or if she likes it, shell keep it but make one to put in its place!

You do so much exercise, Kat; I'm scratching my head on why you're at 160. It doesn't add up -- what do you believe is preventing you from reaching your goal? Because your activity level is the bomb!

JB, I'm more focused on doing more physical stuff better than my actual weight. I don't worry about the scale so much. But appreciate it. Different goals.

Okay -- just asking because you always post your stats (weight, BMI, etc.), and your profile page says your goal is 135. Nonetheless, you have the energy of a teenager, so happy for you! 🤗

It’s all good. I track those things for me. Anyone else is welcome to come along for the ride. I’m actually more excited about being able to hurtle myself down the side of a mountain on sticks at 40 mph than putting on any tight booty shorts. The numbers ensure i stay motivated and don’t backslide.

I love those rocks too, and I also leave them. I'd rather take a pic too. Some people are so creative and such great artists!
