I have gone up 5 pounds since Oct. Going to the gym lets see how well I can do over the next month. My goal is at least 2days per week going to the gym and 5 pounds by February 20, 2014. I am also setting out to limit snacks other than fruit to twice per week between now and February 20, 2014. Breaking every chain!
