750 kcal Fat: 19.92g | Prot: 92.77g | Carb: 47.02g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Sugar, Hannaford Coffee Creamer. Lunch: Two Good Meyer Lemon Greek Yogurt, Michigan Brand Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. Dinner: Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Melissa's Baby Bok Choy, Argo Corn Starch, Ginger , Garlic , Roland Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Two Good Blueberry Greek Yogurt, Hood Sugar Free Light Whipped Cream, Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Uncured Canadian Bacon. more...
