Such strange dances within the numbers this week. Got a solid swim in last night, interesting in that it was hard for me, my heart rate was elevated with an average of 155, 809 strokes, 3 sets of 500 and then whenever the timer ran out, but only 10.3 METs which was surprising. I had three fairly even peaks on the exertion effort graph. Go figure.

Weight down, blob up, muscle kinda holding its own, but not great. Gonna work on that. I've been trying to go to sleep early to support these early mornings, I just keep waking up in the middle of the night. I have to figure that one out. It's been more than a couple of days, so the adjustment needs to happen. I did get up relatively early both days this weekend. Will just keep doing what I'm doing until my body relearns it. I don't have time for a nap most days, so that is not a viable solution.

If you figure out waking up in the middle of the night, let me know. I usually wake up between midnight and 2 am. Unable to fall asleep for 2 hours.... 😴

thankfully, it's rare that I stay awake for hours, but I feel like I'm losing deep sleep. I have a noise machine and a ceiling fan that usually do the trick, but I keep waking up around 12:30 when I go to bed at 10:30. nothing on the security cam so indicate that there's a noise or something, but it keeps happening. and 5AM comes so fast after that.
