Disastrous weekend. Stuffed crust pizza, wings and KFC pot pie among other things. Week started great but then, BOOM!! Trying to acclimate but still need to keep discipline.
273.6 lb Lost so far: 54.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
