AM weigh in: body fat 26.4% 40 3/8 belly button
I think the weight has gone up due to the basketball and other workouts like push-ups and band exercises for core have increased muscle and increased abdomen (belly button) size. I sort of knew this would happen so this is not a set back. The key point to note is the body fat is down and that is what you would expect from putting on muscle. I feel good about this progress. Also yesterday was my 3rd -500 calorie day. So far so good on that challenge
