Yesterday I was 123 but hadn't put in the day before's #. Today I'm doing the 12 hour diet and tomorrow I will do the water diet to see if I can get rid of this stomach.
123.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
