I was expecting to lose 10lbs my first week on changing my diet lol. I am still proud of myself on my new healthy eating.

I have tried a lot of diet fads over the years, but none worked because it required some form of restriction. My new diet is entirely customized to fit me.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 47.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week

You did excellent! But I know what you mean. Anymore if I only see one pound down I am happy that I lost and didn't gain! They say 10 pounds a month is pretty standard so you're right on track... Keep up the good work!
