Wow, gained a bunch during this pandemic, but I’m back on my low carb, low fat diet. I need to start exercising to build back the muscle! Appreciate everyone’s support!
204.6 lb Lost so far: 25.9 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.7 lb a week
