I am not at all sure, what is going on exactly!!


I have been super disciplined and exercising regularly, I suspect I might have initially just lost water weight. I had a week of being insatiably thirsty and unable to quench my thirst.


Though very disappointed, I am trying to keep my resolve and soldier on, maybe it will kick back in in the next few days :(
164.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
