Yesterday was an AWESOME day! I got a really good workout and ate well. I did realize at the end of the day that I had miscalculated the calories of one of my meals and was a little over the 2,000 calorie threshold but it was not bad and I felt great. Today, I am a dragging a little because I forgot to take my vitamins for the and can feel it. That is not cool at all. I also think my body has finally decided it can deal with the 2,000 calorie limit because I no longer feel hungry (Ravishing is a more appropriate term) and I still have a good deal of energy. This is very nice and I am loving every minute of it.
227.4 lb Lost so far: 67.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
