249.2 - Broke the 250 barrier! Seemed to take forever. It’s just a number, but it’s my first goal.
Now to make sure I stay on this side of that line.
249.3 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
