ok, so I didn't hit my goal of 210 for today, but I will take 211.5
That is still accepable.
So far I'm down 6.5 in two weeks, is pretty good.
211.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
