Weight loss is super slow, but I am staying positive! My legs are feeling the pain today.....had my Beach Bodies workout at the gym last night and did a lot of leg exercises!!
168.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
