Well, it's no surprise that I've gone up 1 lb. I know it's not much and if you look at my eating habits and my lack of going to the gym over the last week and a half or so, it's not much of a surprise. I just can't seem to get myself back into it. I got tired of eating healthy all the time and have no drive to go to the gym - last night was my first night back there in almost 2 weeks.

Mind you, there have been things over the past couple weeks that have been physically challenging, so in that sense, not going to the gym has been alright. We re-did our livingroom floor - put in laminate - and I ripped up the carpet/nail strips myself, and helped my bf & his dad as they installed the laminate. The whole process took about 2 days and I was sore for a few days after that, so that was a great workout.

Either way, I need to find some sort of balance between eating healthy and eating snacks so that I don't do what I did this time and just get to a point where I snap and eat a lot of unhealthy stuff. I also need to find a way to motivate myself back into going to the gym, even if it's just once a week. The wakeboarding season will be starting soon, so that'll take care of my 'workouts' on weekends, so if I could just get into the habit of making it to the gym once or twice mid-week that'll be great.
