My weight has been up since last time I weighed in, so being back down at 164 is good. I've been irritated about being stuck, so I didn't as eat well last week. But since Monday, I've eaten great and started substituting one protein shake a day for a meal, usually supper. I've taken victorialynn's advice and eased up on the workouts a little so I can sort of "re-shock" my body into losing weight again. I've only done light cardio every other day instead of hard cardio everyday. I've also been more diligent about weights every other day instead of twice a week. I think this may be work finally! If it does, I'll just add it to my barrel of tricks for breaking plateaus.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When I used the "laying off the exercise" trick, I kept a steady weight while I was taking a break and then saw a difference after about a week of going back to exercising. It's nice to have a break that you don't have to feel guilty about! I hope it works for both of us!

Uhm, I realized that the "I hope it works for both of us!" didn't quite sound right. What i meant was that I am currently doing the same and that I hope it works again for you and for me ^_^
