i am so not on SB any more. the day i said i was gonna start over was a week before i came back to the states for a vacation. i was so busy with work that i worked from 9 to 2am... ate whatever we had .... so i kinda lost weight b/c i spent more time working than preparing and eating. the last day before the trip, we had no dinner. this is really good, i think i trained my appetite a little!

today i'm in houston, at auntie gracie's house (nice, nice house!). so i'm gonna eat whatever we have and not be a party pooper. i don't think SB is as applicable as just portion control.

101.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.3 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

i think that maybe thats your best bet too. if SB was a little tricky, as you seem to be a busy gal, then yes, food portions make a huge difference. and being that you aren't trying to lose a large amount of weight, i'm sure you'll be rather successful!!! have a good visit with your family!
