:D Better than last week! I'm trying something new and giving myself one day to have a really good treat, like really good, something worth waiting for. I'm hoping it will give me the motivation to say no to things during the week. This past Friday I had a brownie with cream cheese and chocolate drizzled on top! Stuff that good is worth waiting for! Also, I've figured out I do alot of munching on Thursday and Friday nights. Part of it is because I tend to stay up so late those nights because I know I don't have to wake up early the next day. Unfortunately, that also screws me up because I get up later and I miss breakfast and end up screwing up my eating schedule for the day. SO the plan is to not stay up later and to wake up as if I had to to avoid messing with my weight loss. One week at a time, better than the last!
