ok.... i am just realizing after being on herbal magic for 2 years and always feeling like i am starving that i can eat up to 1800 calories a day and lose 1 lb a week !!! This is amazing news !! it is hard for me because i have had problems wiht food all my life. I really want it to come off slowly so it stays off... i just have a hard time on the weekend.... i go to partys and out for dinner and then i over eat..
