Still moving in the right direction. Used 5 lb weights for the first 20 min of exercising,then went back down to the 3 lb weights. My arms and shoulders are going to pay for that one later.
130.1 lb Lost so far: 139.9 lb.    Still to go: 0.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
