kind of skipped over the induction phase, still eat my wheat toast in the am and an apple or pear for a mid-pm snack. started doing walk away the pounds with my husband-think that has helped the most!! I haven't seen the scale under 136 for over 2 years!! hope it keeps falling off!!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

That is great! Congratulations on the lbs lost! Sounds like your body and metabolism was revved up without going thru induction, and that the exercise jump turned on the weight loss meter! Plus, it sounds like the carbs you are eating (such as the wheat bread and the fruit) are probably the best carbs you can put into your body. Keep up the good work!
